  • It is the House of Representatives job to submit ALL evidence in an impeachment trial, per the constitution.
  • They submitted ZERO evidence, only character assassinations, opinion and differences in opinion on policy.
  • If the democrats in the House of Representatives wanted witnesses, all they had to do was to go to court and request them ( just as any attorney in any case would do).
  • The democrats in the House of Representatives refused to do so. Why ? Because they had ZERO evidence and a court would not grant them the request.
  • Per the constitution, it is the SENATE’s requirement to try an impeachment case for trial, based on the existing evidence provided by the House of Representatives / Democrats ( ZERO ).
  • Therefore, under existing evidence, THERE IS NO CASE.
  • Why would the Democrats INSIST on extending the Schiff Show any longer, knowing they cannot win ? Knowing record low ratings ?
  • What is the ENDGAME ? We already know President will win by a landslide ( even blue NJ requested 175,000 tickets, a record, in a venue that only accommodates 7500)!

Remember the names of these 3 “never Trump” senators: Romney, Collins, Murkowski, who refused to block witnesses, but instead do so by vote for each ( thereby prolonging the never ending wasteful tax dollars.
